ResistanceMedia Endorses Corey Stewart For Governor has endorsed Prince William County Board Of Supervisors Chairman Corey Stewart for Governor of Virginia.

The latest attacks on Corey Stewart by the left and establishment right (over his use of an accurate term to describe his RINO opponent) only highlight why Mr. Stewart is the right candidate for Virginia governor.

Unlike many other Northern Virginia political figures, Stewart will never surrender on the issues that matter - or worse, attack those to his right for the purposes of pleasing the media or the Left.

Corey Stewart has promised to crack down on the influx of illegal immigration into Virginia, and his track record as Chairman of the Prince William County Board of Supervisors shows that he will keep that promise as governor. Stewart has turned over 8,000 illegal aliens to federal authorities while chairman, and is currently arranging the deportation of 7,500 more. Stewart's crackdown on illegal immigration has been described as "the nation's toughest."

He also has stood up against the Left's attempt to censor language for political purposes, and has defended Virginia's history against Cultural Marxist attacks. Corey Stewart understands that erasing history is one of the first actions of tyrants. We must learn from the past and respect the contributions of our ancestors, not erase them due to their personal flaws.

Franklin D. Roosevelt once said that people should be judged by the enemies they make - and just look at who hates Corey Stewart. Recently, the entire Virginia Republican establishment, which has not won a statewide election since 2009, slandered Stewart, as previously mentioned, for accurately describing his Republican opponent with a term which means "a conservative who sells out, having bought into all of the key premises of the left." Another definition of the word is "a conservative who compromises on his principles, often to appease ideological opponents."

But some of his Republican enemies, such as Prince William County school board member Willie Deutsch, began grasping at straws to try to smear Stewart as a "racist" and even "Neo-Nazi." One blog that describes itself as "Virginia's Conservative Voice" even cited the notoriously unreliable Urban Dictionary and baselessly accused Corey Stewart's staff of maliciously editing Wikipedia articles. Nonetheless, Deutsch's press release accused Stewart, without evidence, of disliking his opponent, Ed Gillespie, "for not holding the white race in a position of racial supremacy."

Corey Stewart also is hated by the radical open-borders left, which believes that illegal aliens, including those convicted of crimes, have the right to reside in the United States and Virginia. In fact, a protest is even scheduled on April 13 against President Trump and Stewart for enforcing immigration law; the organizers demand that Prince William County "cut all ties with ICE" and become a sanctuary county for illegals. (Of course, that's not going to happen.)

On June 13, Virginia's citizens have an opportunity to reject the failed establishment and take back Virginia from the radical left - ResistanceMedia urges a vote for the next Governor of Virginia, Corey Stewart.
